Registration Data: Through Eventin and WooCommerce, we collect personal details (Name, Email, Phone, Organization) necessary for ticket issuance, seat allocation, and summit logistics.
Payment Information: Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Please note: We do not store or have access to your full credit card or banking details. Paystack handles all financial transactions in full compliance with global PCI-DSS standards.
Comments & Interaction: When you leave comments, we collect the data shown in the form, your IP address, and browser user agent string for spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be shared with Gravatar to display your profile picture.
Media: If you upload images to our site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as visitors to the website can download and extract this location data.

Retention: Comment metadata is retained indefinitely for automated moderation. User registration data is stored in our secure database for as long as necessary to facilitate event attendance, post-event reporting, and future communication.
