Refund and Cancellation Policy: WIBS 2026

At WIBA Africa, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for all participants of the Women in Business Summit (WIBS) 2026. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before completing your registration.

1. General Registration Policy

All ticket purchases for WIBS 2026 are final. By completing your registration via our official portal and processing payment through Paystack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Should WIBS 2026 be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, venue issues, or public health directives), all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new, rescheduled date. We will communicate the new date to all registered participants via the email address provided during registration. No refunds will be provided for postponed events.

We recognize that professional schedules can change. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual subject to the following conditions:

Failure to attend the event without prior notification or an approved ticket transfer constitutes a “no-show.” No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits toward future events.
